I am not familiar with the model, but you should be able to test the phone
using a manual configuration to ensure it's worthiness. Once you determine
it is worthy, you can write a plugin and submit the plugin as something
like "sipxpanasonic" in 4.6 like all the other supported phones do. Each
MFR or line is now its own plugin/rpm.
