Maybe Douglas will have time to chime in but we could make it part of the
regular build of the system to remove the headache.  More phone support =
good.

Usually the place to start is to create an item in the tracker (
track.sipfoundry.org) and attach the code.  I think there's a contributor
agreement to sign and then I think it will be code reviewed, and ultimately
accepted.
