Hi guys,

I've run into an issue with shared line appearance on my (remote worker)
Polycom phones. After making sure to resolve the mongodb upgrade issues
highlighted on the sipx-users list , I'm still having some signaling issues
with presence and retrieval of calls on hold for shared lines.

Basically, what happens is when a shared line is called, all phones involved
ring and show a blinking green LED, and the call can be answered on any of the
phones. With this call up, presence for the shared line shows busy (solid red)
for all phones, as it should. When placed on hold, presence changes to on hold
(flashing red) on all phones, and you should be able to retrieve the call on
any of the phones with the shared line, but I'm only able to retrieve the call
on the phone that originally put the call on hold. If I attempt to retrieve the
call on any other phone, I get a fast busy on that phone, and then it loses any
indication of presence for the shared line, until the state of the shared line
changes at which point presence resumes working on that phone. The call can
still be retrieved on the phone that put it on hold at this point.

I ran tcpdump, and I can see the INVITE message from the phone trying to
retrieve the call, followed by “100 Trying” from the server, but then a second
or two later with no other SIP messaging in between the server comes back with
“408 Request timeout”.

I've got all the latest OpenUC RPMs installed on the system, and I’ve sent the
server profiles a couple of times to make sure. Any ideas what could be going
on here?

Thanks,

Andy
