Hi All, Scenario: The configuration is as below: Hunt group #1 has extension 12345. It should ring user 209 for 30 seconds, "At the same time" user 208 should ring for 30 seconds, set fall back destination to user 207 and Allow call forwarding enabled. For user 208 set call forwarding to user 212. Actual behaviour: User 209 and user 208 should ring for 30 sec no one answers then user 212 starts ringing no one answers then user 207 in fall back destination rings. When none of the users in the hunt group answer the call, extension in fall back destination should ring or user level call forwarding should ring. What is the expected behavior? Thanks Sangeetha |
