This below is my question to dialogic user forum.

 

We have sipx running with an audiocodes gateway. Everything works
however there have been some sound quality issues. I have been unable to
fix. 

We purchased a Dialogic DMG1004 and tried it yesterday. Which resolved
all of the call quality problems however when we call in and a call
needs to be redirected to voicemail. It goes back to the auto-attendant
after ringing the phone. 

I turned on logging and could see the "bye" sequence to the phone. 

Any suggesstions on how to resolve this?

Can you give more details of the call flow here please - who is calling
who and how does the call get directed to voicemail? 

It would be useful to see the logging trace as well if you could post it
here, using System, Tel, VoIP and GW set to all boxes checked except
code gives a good trace to start with.

My Question to Sipx Group

 

When a call is transferred from an Auto-Attendant to an extension, how
does it get directed to voicemail? Can somebody please help me answer
that.
