The following sequence worked for me with 6812: 1. download 1.2.38sp firmware (there is a link to it at sipx wiki) 2. put the firmware into sipx tftp directory 3. cofigure the phone in the sipx (it's worth checking that appropriate config file appeared in the tftp directory) 4. connect the phone to the sipx subnet 5. reset the phone to the defaults (via phone keypad) HTH, Nikolay.
