Hi Nikolay, thanks for your answer. Of cause I can restart the phone manually, but if it has no account data written into its configuration it won't register anyway. So the main problem I have is that no configuration data (SIP proxy, username/password) is written to the device.
BTW, as far as I know it is possible to restart a Linksys phone by calling a special URL (http://<phone-ip-addr>/admin/reboot), so generally speaking it is not required for the phone to be registered to restart it (if you know its IP address).
