You don;t need to do anything with any service other than CallResolver. In the meantime, I have done this...
in sipxconfig UI Dignostics > Services Choose CallResolver and STOP it. Wait 30 seconds and start it. I've surmised that restarting services is so fast, not enough time lapses for the CDR to get written. CDR's will be available again in a few seconds and it should be gone.
