Choose CallResolver and STOP it. Wait 30 seconds and start it.

I've surmised that restarting services is so fast, not enough time
lapses for the CDR to get written. CDR's will be available again in a
few seconds and it should be gone.
This is a well known and heavily discussed topic.

I am having calls with long durations( e.g 18,727 minutes, 57 seconds) on the active call list. Even when I restart sipx, the records

are still there. What could bee the problem?
