FYI - Putting a caller on HOLD works in my environment. Ingate SIP trunking to ITSP.
Caller comes into user, user puts call on hold, music plays. Ingate running v4.62/Sip Services/Sessions and Media, activate MOH server as (assuming SRV records are used): [EMAIL PROTECTED]<your domain_name_here> (port 5060, transport UDP). Phones 650's are using bootrom 4.1 and firmware 3.02C.
