I have had some issues with my ITSP lately (Bandtel). In order to "fix me", they've starting forwarding all my numbers to another carriers before sending them to me.
This results in my callerid showing "+1xxxxxxxxxx" instead of 1xxxxxxxxxxx or xxxxxxxxxx for the callers number. I have been unsuccessful in creating a rule to strip the character. The "failures" are not showing up in the CDR's either.
