Tony, They allow me to control my outbound caller ID without issue. They explained that they bill based on the Remote-Party-ID header and the FROM header is the callerID.
I am also able to fax out using a cisco ATA over a standard g711 sip line. I'm not certain whether they support it, but I can confirm that it works. They have an awesome portal for manipulating what numbers signal to what servers, they have great rates, and their service is top notch. They are a 'peer' type provider and control access via firewalls and they don't require any kind of "UA Registration".
