Jim, I don't think there's a facility to do that at this point. Would be a nice to the Phone Groups area but the only thing you can propagate is phone books that don't subscribe to presence.
Smells like a feature request! I haven't tried monitoring a park orbit yet, I assume you have tested this and it is working now? To pickup do you dial *4 and hit the speed dial?
