You don't need to run it from your sipXecs box. Just check the directions at http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/Display_SIP_message_flow_using_Sipviewer on how to run it from your workstation: the standalone.
Follow the pointers on how to generate the traces and then download it to your workstation. []'s MM 'Train station is where the train stops. Bus station is where the bus stops. Workstation is ...'
