Does sipXecs have anything similar to HUD for a call center managers?

we'd like to be able to view queues in real time
we need to be able to see who's on calls and who's not and how long they've
been on the calls
the manager is used to drag and dropping calls on people's extensions on his
computer
and a web screen pop
where it launches a url with certain call parameters in the query string

Also, is sipX and sipXecs same thing?
