We have a similar situation. I cannot forward the caller-id from the
request because it is tied to the user name of the pbx user.  I simply
strip off the caller id when forwarding the call through sipxrbidge.
Anonymous calling support will be addressed for caller-id soon ( we
have a JIRA issue for it).
