The best way we've found to do this it to have a separate line appearance on 
each phone.

Pesssing "1" rings a different line on the phone than pressing "2". Giving the 
agent the ability to also have a different ring type and so forth.

Is there any way I can change a caller id so that calls that go to a
particular hunt group get modified?

e.g. Attendant has press 1 for sales or 2 for accounts. The caller id
shows that the caller pressed 1 or 2, so the person can answer the phone
knowing what the caller is calling about.
