Does it matter how many agents are using that line or registering to it
and the phone type being used?
 
As an example, I thought there was a "limit" of the same lines being
registered on 4 concurrent polycom phones, otherwise there would be
issues.

That would work, but it's more elaborate than you really need.  Rather
than use a hunt for HardWTech, just put line 551 on every phone in the
HardWTech group (unless you want serial ringing).
