Subject: [sipx-users] multiple phones with one number

Hi all,

I have the situation where we have multiple phones with the same number.
This works fine except that I would like to be able to configure it such
that if someone is one one of the phones then the number is treated as
busy rather than the other phone ringing.

An example is that we have a SIP handset (Linksys SPA942) at a location
where access to transferring calls etc is needed. Due to it's location
near noisy machinery we also have a very loud horn style ringer that
plugs in via the old analog phone line back to an FXS. I have plugged an
analog phone in parallel with this so that people can answer a second
call to stop the ringer in the case they are on another call. Obviously
it would be preferable to have number react as busy instead though.

Does anyone have any ideas?
