His problem seems to be: His credential.xml shows that the sip domain is localhost.localdomain Yet he is trying to register as [EMAIL PROTECTED] You cannot register to a domain alias... Well, it happens to me too...and it's not a DNS problem...I guess the problem is that the sipdb/ directory is empty and the directory domain-config is missed out. Hi I installed 3.10.2 stable version. Now when sip phone try to get registered then it sipx return 401 unauthorized every time and phone does not get registered. I saw error in sipregistrar.log is unable to find credential. Please specify the solution regarding it. I have attached the sipregistrar.log and credential file.
