Well, it happens to me too...and it's not a DNS problem...I guess the problem is that the sipdb/ directory is empty and the directory domain-config is missed out. That way it is unable to load the credential.xml file. The version I'm running is the 3.10.2 b12454. Hi I installed 3.10.2 stable version. Now when sip phone try to get registered then it sipx return 401 unauthorized every time and phone does not get registered. I saw error in sipregistrar.log is unable to find credential. Please specify the solution regarding it.
