hi all Some times it shows the calls (which are already disconnected) as active for a long long time say 1000 mins, in the active call page. Some times it shows calls of day(s) back as active.
When i restart the callresolver from the service page. All such calls are gone from active call page and it works fine. Now , Is not the callresolver service restart automatically after some time ? If yes, then why not such calls gone from active call page automatically, when callresolver restarted? Can i restart callresolver from command prompt? if yes, how? Any other clue so that i need not to restart callresolver from service web page, to remove stucked calls in active web page. thanx for any help -- vikas sharma
