I'm a new user, so forgive me if I'm missing something simple. I'm running
3.11.8-014030.

I have my auto-attendant set-up to transfer to my sip soft-phone (user 200)
when 8 is pressed.

When I call the auto-attendant internally (dialing 100 from say 200, or
201), it functions as expected.

When a call comes in from a SIP trunk and is routed to the auto-attendant
(operator), and I press 8, the call gets disconnected.

I've tried routing the "8" press to ACD groups, conferences, and phones and
it just doesn't work for outside calls.

I WAS able to set-up a conference with the DNIS of the SIP trunk and have
the conference answer....

What could be the problem? I've read about some bugs related to
authentication for auto-attendant transfers, but most look to be closed.
