I think this can be done via the personal AA, then you could assign a different Operator via a GROUP, assigning the users accordingly.
i.e., usergroup200 has a Personal AA that defaults to ext. 200 when pressing "0", usergroup300 has a Personal AA that defaults to ext. 300 when pressing "0", etc. Each user would have to be assigned into their respective group, and might have to have personal AA permissions in order for the "0" to be recognized.
