What exactly will stop working if this is disabled?
I understand that I will not be able to enter SIP URL on the phone (which
is indeed rare).

But will my URL speed dials still work (users not just administrator can
configure speed dials for their phones)?
Will calling SIP URL through sipXconfig (which is available from User
Portal starting with 3.11) work?
