No.  

URL dialing from Speed Dials is currently broken in the Polycom
(XTRN-333), so I can't check...  But the answer is surely no.

This works since the Polycom is not dialing a SIP URL, sipXconfig is.
The Polycom receives and INVITE to these calls.
