This works fine internally and with other gateways, except our Ingate complains "501 not implemented". This breaks MOH on our siptrunks after updating to Polycom firmware 3.1. The Ingate complains there is no valid session description.
I believe the 501 is being sent because the re-INVITE from the Pingtel/Phone does not have SDP telling it how the media is to be handled. I don't see a way to "configure" this for the phones or sipx, other than specifying the uri. Can someone point me to the relevant information on what sipx is sending for MOH? Thanks, Tony
