I've been getting complaints from users that sometimes when using the dial by name feature of the auto attendant they receive the "cannot find user for name entered" message immediately followed by the listing of the name they dialed. I've seen this occasionally myself although I can't reproduce it consistently. I looked in Jira, and did not find anything, so I don't think anyone else has seen this. We are having this on a couple of our Sipx systems. Is anyone else having this problem or might have an explanation about why this is happening? Is there some kind of "fuzzy search" feature going on that tries to come up with alternates after the "not found" prompt?
