Regards Dear, I have the following scenary: PSTN -----> HUAWEI ------> SBC --------> SCS 500 ( user endpoints registered 4002 and 4003) TEST 1: From PSTN (1155507323) to call 4002 and BLIND Transfer to 4003 = FAIL TEST 2: From PSTN (1155507323) to call 4002 and CONSULTATIVE Transfer to 4003 = FAIL REFERENCES: SBC IP ADDRESS: 154.0.184.4 SCS 500 IP ADDRESS: 47.46.139.180 4002 NORTEL i1140e USER ENDPOINT: 47.46.139.171 4003 LG 6804 USER ENDPOINT: 47.46.139.227 Incomming calls from PSTN to any user endpoint SIP works OK. Blind and consultative transfer between any user endpoint works OK. Transfers (blind and consultative) do not work for calls made from PSTN to a user's endpoint SCS 500 Attached captures made in the SCS 500. Thanks for your help. Regards
