Hi gang, I am wondering if any of you out there have managed to get your Sip-X system to discover devices as advertised, or successfully communicated with the devices once connected? I'm testing Sip-X 3.10.2 right now and have a couple of Linksys SPA921 phones and a Mediant 1000 gateway, all on the same subnet. Device discovery just doesn't find them, nor can I send or receive profiles for them or any of the other actions it's supposed to do. I have added them manually and I can make calls ok, but I'm having to go into the actual devices seperately to configure them, rather than simply using the Sip-X interface for them and pumping out the profile.
Have I got the wrong end of the stick? Am I doing something wrong or missing something that I should be adding to Sip-X? Is there a procedure I can follow, as I have yet to find one? Kenny Mitchell Infrastructure Analyst
