That explains why you are stuck on the broken version since the last published CentOS build is from 1/21 (14514). There is probably the way of installing this RPM manually. I would try: rpm -Uhv https://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/temp/sipXecs/main/CentOS/5/i386/RPM/sipxe cs-3.11.9-014514.i386.rpm But I would also recommend you start using Fedora for development: that seems to have much better record as far as nightly builds go.
