It'll be definitely better to set MY_IP_ADDR manually.
I'm using 3.11.9-014587 version now (it's a test machine).
Seems to me, that I've heard from the list, that config.defs file is to
disappear in 4.0. Is that true? 
If yes, will I be able to set the address manually via the GUI, when
config.defs disappear?
