One thing to do on the sipXecs side... edit the
file /etc/sipxpbx/config.defs, find the line:
my_ip_add...@bindir@/get_def_addr`
edit that line to be:
MY_IP_ADDR=<ip-address-sipxecs-should-use>
The script that detects the address may get the wrong answer, so making
it a manual decision is safer.
