We do not have anything yet for F10, including SRPM's, but you could  
try doing what you suggested using the F8 SRPM's 
(http://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/temp/sipXecs/main/FC/8/i386/SRPM/ 
).  I cannot guarantee how successful this will be.  There is still  
also the problem of dependencies.  You might be better off to wait.
