I did not see anything on wiki either (which might just mean I was not looking in all the right places). The idea is that you cross-add them as unmanaged gateways and configure dial plans in the way it makes sense to you (use prefix, use different ranges etc.). Usually you'd use custom rules to configure forwarding.
