Ranga,

Yes, I have defined an SBC role for the machine. May be I am
encountering the same issue you guys are facing.

Here is my ITSP information,

1) Provider - viatalk.com
2) Proxy - 216.246.105.146
3) Domain - 216.246.105.146 ( chicago-1a.vtnoc.net )
4) Use Public address for call setup - yes
5) Strip Private headers - yes

If I am using the host name for the domain/proxy, the phone calls are
not successful. There is a DNS resolving issue with viatalk, have to
raise a ticket.
The reason is, the host name gets resolved to 216.246.105.146 when it
registers. But when I make a call it is getting resolved to something
else and this server is not handling the calls properly. So, I have to
stick with static IP address for time being.

One more question, how to configure an incoming dial plan? When I make
a call from the PSTN it hits the sipXbridge, but it is not getting
forwarded to the phone.

Thanks again,
Arjun
