Ranga, Yes, I have defined an SBC role for the machine. May be I am encountering the same issue you guys are facing.
Here is my ITSP information, 1) Provider - viatalk.com 2) Proxy - 216.246.105.146 3) Domain - 216.246.105.146 ( chicago-1a.vtnoc.net ) 4) Use Public address for call setup - yes 5) Strip Private headers - yes If I am using the host name for the domain/proxy, the phone calls are not successful. There is a DNS resolving issue with viatalk, have to raise a ticket. The reason is, the host name gets resolved to 216.246.105.146 when it registers. But when I make a call it is getting resolved to something else and this server is not handling the calls properly. So, I have to stick with static IP address for time being. One more question, how to configure an incoming dial plan? When I make a call from the PSTN it hits the sipXbridge, but it is not getting forwarded to the phone.
