Another tip -- if you are behind a NAT and there is no voice for the
inbound call, check to see your value for NAT keep alive method. Some
ITSPs will not transmit until the see an inbound packet. Others expect
you to configure a  range of ports for NAT traversal in your
firewall/NAT. You could try a few different values for RTP Keepalive
-- "use last sent packet works" well in many such cases. If inbound
SIP Signaling is an issue, you can also look at your sip keep alive
packet and interval (however that may not be an issue because you
report that signaling is actually being seen at sipxbridge).
