I think it would be a good idea to have tcp/udp option in setting dial rule for exchange voice mail.
MS Exchange support only tcp and the vm dial rule setting page will automatically insert tcp protocol in the dialing rules files. I have another VM system that support only udp and to set it up I have to use external mapping rules.
