We were considering the advtel phone easy IP console software for an attendant position.
http://www.advatel.com.au/content/view/194/182/ We tried it in october, and found many things didn't seem to work with BLF at that time and couldn't get timely support from Advatel on the demo, so we gave up, especially when we started having one-way audio issues on their softphone and others worked fine. I'm interested in hearing if anyone has any success stories to share and whether or not they see true limitations. As pricey as the solution is, I'd like to make sure it works before spending the dollars.
