Hello, Does anyone have experience on MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) and how to activate it. Currently we have an phone system using sipxecs although users are not seeing an envelope when messages are received. Softphone clients is Eyebeam and Hardphones are Cisco. If anyone could help, it would be greatly honored and appreciated.
