I have exactly the same set-up and similar issues. I can call in from my Siemens PBX to SipX without a problem, but calling out from IP to TDM works only very occasionally. I've raised a case with Audiocodes support, and await the outcome. My Audiocodes logs show that the outgoing call has no endpoint specified, yet I've followed the setup guides and it does work occasionally.
One good thing to come from it is that Audiocodes have finally posted some guides and manuals on their website, after much harassment and moise-making. Too late for me though, my next purchase will be a Samsung Ubigate with free training and engineering support.
