What I usually do is setup a phantom user (let's say at extension 600) and then create a schedule for daytime routing. Then add forwarding on that user to route to the user (r hunt group or ACD) I want during the day and then an 'if no answer' forward to the AA at ext. 100.
So, in this instance I would modify my gateway to route calls inbound on my pstn lines to [email protected] Hth...
