Hi,

I had exactly the same issue just a little while ago.
I fixed it by going into Domain and changing the Domain to FQHN and then 
restarted all the appropriate services.
See if that works

 It might be a result of ACD restart?

 Try to sigh-out all agents and re-sign-in them, would work around the problem 
if the cause is the same as XECS-2357.
