Please note that if you are adding your own web certificate, there is
now a web interface from sipxconfig for adding web certificates to the
system. You should use that interface. It would probably be a good
exercise if you dropped your database and recreated that from scratch.
There could be something completely unrelated that is causing
sipxconfig not to run. I believe our QA team does fresh installs and
tests out new ISO images as they come along. You may want to take a
look at var/log/sipxpbx/sipxconfig.log to make sure nothing is amiss.
