Looking into the fresh install of 4.1.0-015216 the script for
installing the keystore is failing. This is the only part of the
script that appears to be having an issue (doing a dodgy upgrade from
3.11.4 does work while keeping the old certificates)

Not recommended though, as a few files need to be manually adjusted.
