Here is the output of the analyse_483s
 
The most common request-URIs in requests that failed with 482/483:

The 170 ext is the last phone in the hunt group before the fallback option, If 
I change the extension to another user then that user shows in the output.  I 
have tested with a few hunt groups now with the same result.  The SipX server 
is the dns server but I'm wondering if there is a DNS issue.  With the 
mediaserver.log set at verbose, I see the 483 in there too.
