I get this error when running config tests:

Here is my setup:
Public Ip 216.107.200.18
ports 5060,5080 and 1024-64000 open and forwarded to local Ip 

DHCP (Option 120) Test  5/6/09 5:24 PM  Error  
 No SIP servers supplied.

ALSO: I had bandwidth try to set up a sip trunk to my system and they are 
getting this response:

This number has ported over successfully. However, I did a test call and sip 
trace I am recieving a 404 not found from your pbx. This is set to goto port 
5080 like you wanted. Below will be the error and some descriptions of your PBX 
configs.

This is the error I am getting on the trace:
