We have a production sipx box 3.10.3 using acd, the box is set via crontab to reboot at 3am every morning, we have issues with the acd que locking up, this morning I can see in the log files that it rebooted at 3 am, then at about 8:10 am the customer had to reboot the sipxbox again due to the acd que locking up, is there something that we can check or temp files that need to be cleaned out.
