No... the third level can be anything - '6' is even, so that's a fix
release off of a stable release.

We take them off the public site because we don't want people to install
older releases once we've published newer ones.

CDs _are_ an archival medium - someone made a CD to install that system
- it would have been a good idea to keep it.

I'll see if I can find an old copy of that file - does anyone out there
have a nice stable physical CD they can rip a copy of for Mel?
