Since your phone that is disconnecting is a remote worker phone, sipxbridge settings should not affect it. However, you can try tinkering with RTP keepalive ( try replay-last-sent-packet). SIP Keepalive should be left alone so you can get inbound calls from the ITSP from behind a NAT. Regards Ranga > > This makes me suspect the phone is the issue.
